  • I hereby declare that I am solely responsible for the participation of my adolescent child in the road race of "12th TUI Rhodes Marathon" and that he/she has recently undergone a medical examination and is in perfect health to participate in this sport event. I accept full responsibility for any injury or accident that may occur at any place of the venue of the race or that may occur during his/hers participation in the race.

    Furthermore I confirm that I have no claims from the organizers, sponsors and anyone else directly or indirectly involved in the conduct of the event and I accept that these persons have no legal responsibility for what may occur during his/hers participation. I give my approval to the organizers to use his/hers photos or videos of the race, or any other recording without having any financial requirement.
