Για τη συμμετοχή σας στον αγώνα πρέπει να κατεβάσετε και να προσκομίσετε στους διοργανωτές την υπεύθυνη δήλωση που θα βρείτε εδώ

For an Adult Participant:
I solemnly declare that I have recently undergone medical examinations and am in perfect health to participate in this sports activity. I fully accept responsibility for any injury or accident that may occur to and from the race venue, or during the event, as well as for anything that may arise during my participation in the race. I waive any claim against the organizers, sponsors, and anyone directly or indirectly involved in the organization of the race, and I accept that the aforementioned parties bear no legal liability for anything that may occur during my participation. I also grant my approval to the organizers to use my photographs, videos from the race, or any other recording, without having any financial claim. Finally, I consent to the transmission of my contact details (name and email) to the race organizers, the "AO PELOPS Patras" Athletic Club, and the "PELOPONNISOS" newspaper, to be used for sending updates regarding their future races and activities. I may withdraw my consent at any time.


For an Under Age Participant:
As the legal guardian of the participant, I declare that I am solely responsible for the participation of my minor child in the race, and that they have recently undergone medical examinations and are in perfect health to participate in this sports activity. I fully accept responsibility for any injury or accident that may occur to and from the race venue, or during the event, as well as for anything that may arise during their participation in the race. Furthermore, I waive any claim against the organizers, sponsors, and anyone directly or indirectly involved in the organization of the race, and I accept that the aforementioned parties bear no legal liability for anything that may occur during their participation. I also grant my approval to the organizers to use photographs or videos of the race in which they appear, without having any financial or other claim.
